ABOUT US
Ron and Annie are a passionate landlord and landlady with a taste for adventure. With an established antiques business under their belts they opted for change and surprisingly took over The Bowl Inn at Hastingleigh in October 2004. It didn't take long for their hard work to be recognised as CAMRA have just placed this pub in the Good Beer Guide for the third consecutive year running due to keeping the beers and pub in top condition. They have also helped revive the Carnival and Fayre which used to take place in Hastingleigh in the 1950s and have done so for the past four years. This event brings all the local community together for the day to raise money for local charities. As the pub is a family-run establishment you will see a range of characters from Big Ron down to Charlie our English Bull Terrier, and Mrs Woo our European Eagle Owl. |
